Imperfect

Any change.

Present Participle

The ending -ir change:

Dormir (ue, u) durmiendo. Duerme/Está durmiendo. (He sleeps/He is sleeping).
Vestir (e, i) vistiendo. Viste/Está vistiendo. (He dresses/He is dressing).
Sentir (ie, i) sintiendo. Siente/Está sintiendo. (He feels/He is feeling).

If the verb ends in a vowel + er/ir (except for a silent -u- like conseguir) uses a -y- instead of -i-:

Atr/Está atrayendo. (He attracts/He is attracting).
Cree/Está creyendo. (He believes/He is believing).

Past Participle

Any change.

Present Subjunctive

-ar and -er verbs have the same changes as in the Present Indicative tense. With -ir endings is the same as Present Indicative tense but nosotros and vosotros forms must change.

Some verbs need spelling changes to maintain the pronunciation.
