In January 2000, my daughter was born in a hospital in Sevilla. At the time
I was admitted, the wrong insurance information was given. I had
originally indicated that both my daughter and I would be covered under
my employer's insurance. I should have been covered under my employer's insurance and my daughter under my husband's employer's insurance. After being discharged, I had called the hospital to give them the correct information for my daughter's claim. Unfortunately, I do not have the exact date and to whom I spoke about this because I thought it was a simple matter at the time. I had received a few notices from the hospital during 2000 stating that the claim was being processed.
